JEREMIAH 7:2-3
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to AMEND YOUR WAYS AND YOUR DOINGS, AND GOD WILL GIVE YOU A PERMANENT PLACE IN THE PROMISED LAND.
This is a Clarion call to everyone who calls on the name of the Lord and worships Him. God demands nothing but the BEST of our service and dedication.
Consider the work you're doing for God as an honourable one that must be done with reverential fear.
If you could be so meticulous to ensure you don't cook with dirty hands or eat from a dirty plate, why should God eat the food you prepared with dirty hands and plates?
The sacrifice you render to God is not as important as your obedience to His injunctions, hence the commandment - AMEND YOUR WAYS AND YOUR DOINGS.
You wouldn't want to start off your year on the wrong foot.
Don't indulge in anything that would repel you from God and hinder your blessings. Avoid sin at all cost!
Remember, HOLINESS has no limits or deadline. You can't be wrong doing the right thing, provided you are only interested in God's opinion.
The prerequisite for God's Blessing is that you should right your wrong doings by amending your ways, turning a new leaf and continuing on the path of righteousness.
IF YOU ARE WILLING AND OBEDIENT, YOU WILL NOT ONLY DWELL IN THE LAND, BUT ALSO ENJOY THE GOODIES THEREIN.
