(Nuggets from 1 Peter 1:4)
Apostle Peter here reminds true believers of the promise Jesus made His disciples in John 14:2-3:
"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you; And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."
The mansion in question is not like earthly mansions and architectural edifices admired by men, it's not like the exquisite sky scrapers and multi-million dollar condos, mansions and palaces built in the choicest of places in this world. Jesus was referring to mansions in Heaven with foundations made and adorned with all kinds of unimaginably precious stones, walls of jasper, and gates of pearl.
It is INCORRUPTIBLE because SIN CAN NEVER ENTER THERE!
The mansions in Heaven are strictly for saints who did not DEFILE themselves in this world, who kept their garments pure and unsoiled.
These are not mansions that wear away after some decades; they are everlasting and never fade away.
Jesus has done His part by coming to this world to die for the sins of mankind, so it's up to you and I to do ours and run this race with the Heavenly mansion and inheritance in view.
Let this motivate you to do better.
Let this push you to live a HOLY life void of any impurity or contamination.

SIN CAN NEVER ENTER THERE!
Heaven cannot accommodate sin, no matter how minute or insignificant you think it is.
There is no such thing as VENIAL SINS; don't be deceived. Sin is sin, no matter what your mind tells you.
You may have been tricked by some false teachers to believe that God can take you as you are, but you are being reminded now that if you must inherit HEAVEN AT LAST, HOLINESS IS A MUST!
THE RESERVED INHERITANCE IS AN INCORRUPTIBLE ONE FOR INCORRUPTIBLE SAINTS; MAKE YOURSELF ONE.
