(Nuggets from 1 Corinthians 16:9)
Doors of Opportunities are opened to everyone in this world, but only few have the visual acuity to see those doors and position themselves well to not just get to the threshold but walk in, walk through and possess their possessions.
All around us every day, an unseen battle rages. It is invisible, yet we feel it in every aspect of our lives.
It is a spiritual war, a battle for your soul and a desperate struggle for the survival of everything you love, your parents, siblings, immediate family, extended family, education, career, health, even your spiritual life and the well-being of our nation.
You cannot avoid this battle. You are in this spiritual combat whether or not you want it, because the enemy is strategizing to come for you and yours.
The only VICTORY you have over these ADVERSARIES is your FAITH in God.
In John 10:10, Jesus already preinformed us that the thief comes to STEAL, KILL, and DESTROY, but that He our Saviour is came to give us ABUNDANT LIFE.
Who are these ADVERSARIES?
The devil! But he doesn't work alone; he has emissaries, agents, principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places who help him to achieve his purpose - INFLICTING PAIN ON GOD'S CHILDREN AND FRUSTRATING THEM OUT OF FAITH.
Our ADVERSARIES are EVIL. Indeed, our enemy is the very definition of the foulest conceivable evil, and these foes never stops hurting, fighting, deceiving, cheating, and killing in an endless effort to destroy all that is dear to us.
These ADVERSARIES murder, physically and spiritually. The devil himself wishes to deprive you of our life here on earth and (far worse) eternally in Heaven.
The adversaries desire to have widowed spouses, orphaned children, and fill our lives with sin, death, and despair. You must live with this consciousness that your heart, our home, our family, and well being are at stake.
God has opened a GREAT and EFFECTUAL DOOR for you, but you have to FIGHT TO KEEP IT OPEN and POSSESS ALL THAT BELONGS TO YOU.
Open doors come with STIFF OPPOSITION, FRUSTRATION, RESISTANCE, OBSTACLES and HURDLES.
But, God says FEAR NOT!
Rejoice!
For however evil and powerful our enemy may be, on our side is a force of sacrificial love that is far greater than any other force in the universe.
Our Supreme Commander in this war is the one who created the entire universe and everything there is, visible and invisible, and He loves you.
SIN BREAKS THE HEDGE, BUT YOUR FIRST LINE OF DEFENCE IS LIVING A RIGHTEOUS AND HOLY LIFE, AND THE GUARANTEED VICTORY YOU SEEK IS YOUR FAITH IN GOD.
KEEP FIGHTING, DON'T GIVE THE ADVERSARIES A CHANCE.
