ISAIAH 55:1
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to COME TO GOD, NO MATTER HOW THIRSTY OR IMPOVERISHED YOU ARE, HE WILL QUENCH YOUR THIRST AND FILL EVERY VOID AND EMPTINESS AT NO COST.
Here comes another invitation from the MOST HIGH GOD, the creator of the whole universe, who calls the shots alone.
This goes out to everyone who is thirsty and in dire need of NOURISHMENT, not TEMPORARILY but ETERNALLY.
Refer to the Gospel of John, Chapter 4, where the Samaritan woman encountered Jesus Christ. She never knew the true identity of Jesus until He engaged her in a conversation.
Jesus asked her for water but she couldn't see any vessel with which He would collect the water, Jesus in turn replied that if only she knew who was asking her for water, she wouldn't hesitate to ask Him for LIVING WATER.
"But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."
It is very clear Jesus was not referring to physical water. This water symbolizes SPIRITUAL REFRESHMENT & SATISFACTION which can only be possible by the IN-FILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
He is the GREATEST AND MOST INVALUABLE RESOURCE any human being can ever have. He is the third person in trinity, the SPIRIT OF GOD.
When you have Him, what else do you need that you cannot get?
When you have Him, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
You can receive this PRECIOUS GIFT by spending QUALITY TIME in God's presence, studying His word, communing with Him and expressing your lack and need for a refilling.
COME TO THE WATERS TODAY WITH YOUR EMPTY VESSELS AND ASK GOD TO FILL YOU TO THE BRIM; HE WILL QUENCH YOUR THIRST AND YOU WILL NEVER RUN DRY AGAIN.
