2 TIMOTHY 4:17
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to ASK GOD TO STAND BY YOU AND STRENGTHEN YOU AS YOU GO ABOUT TO PREACH THE GOSPEL; THAT YOUR MESSAGE WILL BE RECEIVED BY ALL WHO ARE YET TO BE SAVED.
We need God's divine enablement to preach the Gospel effectively. Preaching the Gospel is not something that should be done casually or without preparation.
You need to be fortified and empowered by the Lord. Jesus has given us the mandate already:
In Matthew 28:19, He said:
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
God has enabled us for the task ahead, such a GREAT COMMISSION!
We should be a guiding light to the Gentiles who are still unsaved. Whilst we were still in sin, Christ died for us, and now that we have been saved by Grace, though Gentiles, we have to save others too.
We are SAVED TO SERVE AND SAVE!
What is the Gospel message when the people fail to hear you and apply it? The Gospel is dynamic and has the power to change lives.
See yourself as a messenger who must deliver what God has instructed you to do. If you don't win souls for God into the Kingdom, you have failed Him.
Ask Him for strength today!
Ask Him to quicken you for the task ahead and direct you to the souls who are ripe and ready for harvest.
As you go about doing the Lord's work, there will be opposition, but God has promised to deliver us from them all.
BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS, KNOWING THAT GOD WHO HAS CALLED YOU WILL NOT FORSAKE YOU.
