SAVED BY HIS MERCY - Nuggets from Titus 3:5

TITUS 3:5

In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SAVED BY GOD'S MERCY AND NOT BY YOUR WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

If Jesus had not died on the cross and washed us clean with His blood that brought about our regeneration, we wouldn't have been saved today.
After being saved, you are expected to step up by seeking SANCTIFICATION.

Jesus was so intentional about us right from the onset, and this was why He promised the disciples to send them the comforter - The Holy Ghost, who would renew them and empower them for the task ahead.

The renewing of the Holy Ghost sustains the sanctification you have received and paves the way for BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST.

This universal mercy of God extended to us today and we can see clearly that if Jesus had not paved the way for us, we would have been groping in darkness and ignorance.

Let no one boast or brag that they were saved because of their morality or deeds of kindness.

Don't get it twisted; Morality, Kindness or BEING GOOD does not amount to BEING SAVED.

Acknowledge that it is God who gave you this privilege to be saved, because there are billions out there who are still wallowing in sin, but MERCY SAID NO.

THANK GOD FOR CALVARY, AND APPRECIATE JESUS FOR THE DIVIDENDS YOU ARE ENJOYING FROM HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS.
