One month down already in the year, 11 more months to go.
According to folklore, Eneke the bird once said that "since men have learned to shoot without missing, it has equally earned to fly without perching."
In our context, Who is the hunter and who is the bird? The devil is the hunter, and you, the child of God is the bird. You must understand that the devil is not giving up on you anytime soon, and therefore you have to brace up and say NO to his gimmicks.
There are no shortcuts or Alternatives to Holiness, you are either HOLY or a SINNER.
CHOOSE HOLINESS OVER ANYTHING ELSE!
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to DESIRE THE SINCERE MILK OF GOD'S WORD AND YOU WILL GROW BY DOING SO.
Desiring the word of God means longing for it and studying it habitually, not by compulsion or waiting for someone to remind you.
You can also show a strong desire for God's word by your enthusiasm to hear His word from GENUINE ministers.
Growth is a natural process and abhors stagnation. By the law of nature, every living creature is expected to grow as time goes on.
If you're not growing, it means you're not living. You need the word of God to stay alive, grow and bear fruits.
As a new born baby cannot cope without the necessary breast milk of the mother, so is it impossible for a new convert to cope without the word of God.
Both the new convert and the old timers alike need the word of God to grow progressively.
Desire the word of God every blessed day in this February, this year and beyond, and your life will never remain the same.
