REVELATION 2:10
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to NEVER BE AFRAID OF THE PERSECUTIONS AND TRIALS YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AS A CHRISTIAN.
The Lord spoke through John the Beloved, admonishing the church of Smyrna to remain unshaken in the face of trials, persecutions, and oppositions. By extension, He was also predicting what the future church would go through and that they should not be afraid.
We are that future church Jesus was referring to. The devil is employing every means possible to discourage God's children, pushing them beyond limits in a bid to make them jettison what they have believed.
There is a reward awaiting anyone who holds on till the end. This expectation should be the driving force and push you need to keep going.
Don't allow the PAIN of today to deny you the GAIN of tomorrow because you didn't hold on.
Don't allow the CROSS you're carrying today, to deny you the CROWN you should wear tomorrow because of impatience.
