EPHESIANS 5:2
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to WALK IN LOVE AS CHRIST HAS SHOWED US USING HIMSELF AS AN EXAMPLE; BE READY TO SACRIFICE FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS.
Jesus has given us the template for TRUE LOVE, modelling Himself as the TRUEST & PUREST example of what love should be.
TRUE LOVE does not DEMAND, it GIVES OUT!
TRUE LOVE is not by MERIT, it's an UNDESERVED CREDIT bestowed on you by God!
TRUE LOVE is not COERCED, it happens WILLINGLY.
If your love is not like Christ's, then it's counterfeit. Jesus' kind of love was displayed by offering Himself as a sacrifice, which was a sweet smelling savour to God, an irresistible fragrance.
Walking in Love is not a one-time or one-off thing; it's FOR LIFE.
What is the fragrance of your love?
What sacrifice have you made for others? What pain or discomfort have you borne for others?
In the matter of TRUE LOVE, don't wait to be at the RECEIVING END, BE THE SOURCE, spread love without bias.
LET THERE BE LOVE!
