STOP JUDGING OTHERS, FORGIVE YOUR OFFENDERS - Nuggets from Luke 6:37

DAY 86 OF 365

LUKE 6:37

In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to STOP BEING JUDGMENTAL, STOP CONDEMNING OTHERS AND FORGIVE THOSE WHO OFFEND YOU.

Pride and Prejudice are two inseparable vices that have bedeviled many Christians today.

It is because of PRIDE that we usually find it difficult to FORGIVE those who offend us, because we feel our ego has been bruised. It is so funny how we hurt others and expect they should not feel bad, but feel bad when we are treated that way.

The GOLDEN RULE prescribes TREATING OTHERS EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.
When people hurt you, give them another chance and let go because intentionally or unintentionally, you will definitely offend someone else and expect them to understand you or give you the benefit of the doubt.

Prejudice is the reason many so-called Christians go about judging and condemning one another even in the household of Faith. They find it difficult to protect the image of their fellow brethren, going about destroying their reputation through lies and rumours and even judging them without reason.

LET US BE CHRISTIANS IN DEED AND OBEY GOD'S COMMANDMENTS BY ALL MEANS.
