NEHEMIAH 13:3
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM ALL MIXED MULTITUDE AND TAKE A STAND TO NEVER JOIN THE CROWD TO DO EVIL.
When it was time for the Exodus proper, Israel didn't leave Egypt alone. Some strangers joined them and coexisted with them.
These mixed multitudes caused a lot of damage to the Children of Israel.
They were part of the reasons the journey to Canaan Land was prolonged FROM 40 DAYS TO 40 YEARS.
They led the murmuring campaign in the wilderness and also despised the Manna God sent the children of Israel. They were such a bad influence and also instrumental to the instigation and offence which made Moses to strike the rock instead of speaking to the rock as God commanded Him; one mistake too many, eventually denying him the promised land.
There are still Mixed Multitudes in our midst today. They are wolves in sheep's clothing. They blend so well amongst believers and one would think that they are part of the Heaven-bound believers.
They are miracle seekers, only interested in signs and wonders - like the people following Jesus up and down not because they enjoyed the Beatitudes or his other sermons, but because they were interested in the food they would get from the master.
They are FALSE-BRETHREN and DOUBLE AGENTS, seeking whom to confuse and indoctrinate into believing heresies as opposed to the truth of God's word.
God is calling us today to IDENTIFY & SEPARATE FROM ALL MIXED MULTITUDE, because if you delay, the chances of converting you and winning you over to their side are very high.
If you must get to the DESTINED PROMISED LAND which God has prepared for you, YOU MUST SEPARATE YOURSELF from all mixed multitudes.
IT'S SEPARATION TIME.
