In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to LIVE SET APART FROM THE WORLD, EMBRACING THE CALL TO BE DIFFERENT AS CHRIST'S FOLLOWERS.
Our today's scripture reminds us that, "If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you" (John 15:19). NIV
These words from Jesus emphasize the reality that as followers of Christ, we are called to be distinct from the world.
The world's values, priorities, and behaviors often contrast with those of the kingdom of God. Jesus reminds you today that because you have been chosen out of the world, you should not expect the world to understand or accept you without challenges.
This distinctiveness often leads to challenges and rejection from the world, but it's in these moments that your faith is TESTED and PROVEN.
In what way are you conforming to the world's standards or patterns?
Take time to evaluate your life and identify areas where you may be compromising your faith to fit in blend with the world and detach yourself Immediately.
LIVE LIKE THE CHOSEN YOU ARE AND EMBRACE YOUR DISTINCT IDENTITY IN CHRIST.
