In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to GUARD YOUR HEART AGAINST WORLDLY INFLUENCES.

Psalms 106:34-35 serves as a warning to us about the dangers of allowing worldly influences and idolatry to creep into our lives. When we fail to prioritize our relationship with God and instead adopt the practices of the world around us, we open ourselves up to spiritual danger.

The power of influence and company we keep in our lives can shape our values and actions. Therefore, we should be mindful of the influences in our lives.

However, obedience to God's commands is crucial in avoiding the pitfalls of worldly influences and idolatry to maintain spiritual purity.

Just like the children of Israel. They did not destroy the people as the Lord had commanded them, but they intermarried with them and served their idols, of which they became snare to them and were open to spiritual dangers.
And this, led to their separation from God and spiritual darkness.

What are those worldly influences that may be affecting your spiritual life?

TAKE TIME TO REFLECT ON THEM AND ASK GOD TO HELP YOU IDENTIFY THOSE AREAS WHERE YOU MAY BE COMPROMISING YOUR SPIRITUAL PURITY.
