EPHESIANS 2:8
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to ACKNOWLEDGE THE GRACE OF GOD BY WHICH YOU ARE SAVED, FOR IT IS NOT BY MERIT; THANK GOD FOR THIS PRECIOUS GIFT.
No one receives salvation by merit, it is a FREE GIFT from God. It was not your idea or suggestion that made God send His only begotten son to die on the cross.
You are saved by FAITH, not by your works or deeds. God found you and saved you as a result of His MERCY and LOVE, and because He will not impose salvation on anyone, He made a way for you to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Do not brag about your salvation or look down on others who are yet unsaved. The same GRACE and MERCY that found you can still find others. Do not judge anyone because a sinner today could get saved and become a saint tomorrow, and a saint today could backslide and become a sinner tomorrow.
Life is unpredictable, so appreciate God for the gift of salvation and do not stop at this level; strive for ETERNAL SALVATION which is the ultimate.
BE HUMBLE AND GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR SAVING YOU, AND NOW THAT YOU ARE SAVED, PRAY AND BE INSTRUMENTAL TO THE SALVATION OF OTHERS.
