HEBREWS 3:17
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to GUARD AGAINST UNBELIEF, RECOGNIZING ITS DANGERS AND CONSEQUENCES IN YOUR LIFE.
Our today's scripture reminds us that the Israelites' unbelief and lack of trust in God led to severe consequences. As a result, they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years, they missed out on the blessings that God had prepared for them and many of them did not make it to the Promise Land. WHY? Because of their unbelief (Heb 3:19)
The Israelites' experience in the wilderness serves as a warning and a powerful reminder of the consequences of unbelief to us.
Refusing to believe God shows an evil heart and a departing from the living God. It's not about inability to understand, but UNWILLINGNESS to trust.
The Israelites' unbelief did not only made them wander in the wilderness for 40 years, their bodies/carcasses also fell in the wilderness.
FAITH is essential in your relationship with God, thereby trusting and following His instructions to avoid the dangers of unbelief.
OVERCOME UNBELIEF WITH FAITH, RECOGNIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF TRUSTING GOD IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE.
