PRODUCTS OF GOD'S GRACE
(Nuggets from 1 Peter 2:10)
"Which in time past were not a people"... In the days of ignorance, you had no root, you had no pedigree, you were a NOBODY.
But what happened?
What was the GAME-CHANGER?
The DEATH OF JESUS ON THE CROSS.
You ought to understand that a life without God has no capacity or standing whatsoever. If not for the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, you wouldn't be a partaker of GOD'S MERCY.
MERCY IS A PRODUCT OF GRACE, and GRACE IS A PRODUCT OF THE CROSS and the SACRIFICE THEREAT.
As a BENEFICIARY OF GOD'S MERCY, you are automatically a PRODUCT OF GOD'S GRACE.
Think about the days you lived in sin and ignorantly obeyed the devil. Think about the days you were a rebel, estranged from God.
Think about the days you enjoyed sin and jeopardized your soul.
God didn't allow you to perish in your rebellion. He had a better plan for you and waited patiently for you to return to Him like the prodigal son.
Having realized that you are a PRODUCT OF GOD'S GRACE, DO NOT TAKE HIS MERCY AND THE SACRIFICE OF JESUS ON THE CROSS FOR GRANTED.
WHEN GRACE AND MERCY ARE ABUSED, REGRET AND JUDGMENT ARE INEVITABLE.
This is HOLINESS CHALLENGE
