THE RIGHTEOUS ARE NOT BOUND BY THE LAW 
(Nuggets from 1 Timothy 1:9)

 
The LAW in this context Is GENERALIZED. It could be the law of Moses founded on the ten commandments, it could be the laws of the land - country or state where you reside, everything God commended us to obey in His written word - the Bible, the laws of the organization you work with, the school where you study, your local church community, etc.

 
A RIGHTEOUS PERSON, someone who fears God INDEED and IN DEED does not need to be reminded that every law must be obeyed and that disobedience or violation of any sort is a contravention of who you are as a CHILD OF GOD.

 
This was the main reason God transitioned from the Ten commandments in the era of the prophets and told the children of Israel that His laws must be engraved on the tables of their hearts so that they carry it about wherever they go.

 
If the HOLY SPIRIT resides in you, obeying God's commandments and doing His will becomes a constant. You do not need to be reminded that THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH, you also do not need to be reminded that EVERY UNRIGHTEOUSNESS IS SIN, including disobeying any law you are bound by.

 
The LAW is typically there to put people in check, because any country, organization, local church setting without laws will be so chaotic and filled with people who are void of REASONING AND ORDERLINESS.

 
The LAW is expected to bring about ORDER, that is why it is made for the sake of those who are UNGODLY, the SINNERS, the LAWLESS & UNRULY, to checkmate their excesses, peradventure they would be restrained, apply caution and see reason and do the needful.

THE LAW IS NOT MADE FOR A RIGHTEOUS PERSON BECAUSE THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOU IS ENOUGH TO REMIND YOU TO OBEY GOD AND STAY HOLY ALWAYS.
