PROVERBS 9:6
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to FORSAKE THE FOOLISH AND EVERYONE WHO LACKS UNDERSTANDING, STOP BEING GULLIBLE; AVOID THOSE WHO DON'T REGARD GOD, WALK IN THE WAY OF UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU SHALL LIVE.
The Psalmist said in Psalm 14:1 "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God."
The FOOLISH in this context are those who do not believe in the existence of God or acknowledge His supremacy, the atheists, freethinkers and philosophers.
On the other hand, there are people who though they know God, read the Bible and know the truth, they HOLD THE TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.
They willfully decide to disobey God and live contrary to His instructions.
Avoiding such people is a SURE WAY to secure your life and avoid destruction. Forsake, ignore, abandon, detest and disengage from anyone whose life portrays foolishness and sheer disregard for God because associating with them means you endorse their lifestyle, thus making you a partaker in their sins.
When you disengage from such people, do not hesitate to associate with those who HONOR GOD, OBEY His precepts and PRACTICE what they hear.
MAY GOD HELP YOU TO DO HIS WILL AND HONOR HIM IN YOUR LIFE TILL THE END.
