ISAIAH 40:31
WELCOME TO THE 9TH MONTH of our HOLINESS CHALLENGE 🕯️
September is a significant month, seen as the month of FRUITFULNESS, and just as the 9th month is seen biologically as the month of delivery/parturition after 9 months of heavy labour, a child is brought forth; God also expects that this month of September will be a month you as an individual will bear fruits, having amassed wealth of information and inspiration from the scriptures in our HOLINESS CHALLENGE since the inception of the year 2025.
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to WAIT ON THE LORD, ALWAYS DESIROUS OF TARRYING IN HIS PRESENCE AND CARRYING OUT HIS WILL, AND YOU WILL SOAR WITH WINGS LIKE THE EAGLES, BECAUSE GOD WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD.
Waiting on the Lord has never and can never be an effort in futility. You could wait for a friend, uncle, aunt, even a sibling and get disappointed after your long wait, but GOD CAN NEVER TELL YOU STORIES after waiting on Him.
You don't wait on the Lord only when you need His assistance or because you need quick help from Him!
You don't wait on the Lord because someone forced you to do so!
You wait on the Lord for your own good, because He deserves your time and attention, because He is the reason you are alive, because you were created for His pleasure.
Make it a point of duty to SPEND TIME IN GOD'S PRESENCE DAILY, commune with Him, study and meditate on His word and pour your heart out to Him EVERYDAY.
When you spend time with God everyday, you can never be troubled whenever you're faced with any challenge because He is ever-ready to hear you and DELIVER you as you call on Him.
Your strength gets renewed as you TARRY in God's presence and He makes you soar with wings like an Eagle.
Eagles don't flap their wings to fly to high altitudes; they take advantage of heavy storms and winds to glide and then soar. While other birds avoid such winds, Eagles harness what should have been a disadvantage, pushing for altitudes that other birds cannot reach; little wonder they fly alone so high.
This is God's word to you today and for the rest of this month.
As you wait on Him, don't be afraid when challenges and boisterous winds of life's perplexities come your way; REMEMBER YOU'RE AN EAGLE and BRACE UP to use those storms and winds to FLY SO HIGH, GLIDE to unapproachable heights and keep SOARING all the way.
