HEBREWS 6:10
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to KEEP DOING GOOD AND CONTINUE IN YOUR ACTS OF SERVICE AND SHOW OF LOVE TO THE BRETHREN BOTH IN THE HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH, AND EVEN TO STRANGERS; GOD PROMISES NOT TO FORGET A YOUR LABOR, HE WILL REWARD YOU.
The basis for the help you render to people should not be to get rewarded, but because it is worth doing. The driving force fueling your passion should not be to get the applause of men or material reward from God ONLY.
This does not mean that the reward from God is not well-deserved, but it shouldn't be the only reason you want to help people. Help others and show them love because Christ loved you and died for you without demanding anything in return.
Interestingly, you could present this as a strong reason to God while praying, if you have some pressing needs that are hitherto unattended to, you could ask God to look at the good deeds you have done and attend to your own needs, IT WORKS.
Bottom line is that GOD WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR WORK AND LABOR OF LOVE, even if you don't remind him or make the request, HE WILL SURELY DO IT.
Just keep doing good, keep helping others, keep showing love to others unconditionally, keep up with the generosity and help like no one is watching; in due course, GOD WILL REWARD YOU, both here on earth and in eternity.
Remember that GOD LOVES A CHEERFUL GIVER, be very happy while offering that help or assistance; don't do so with grudges.
Do not withhold anything good from people when you have the capacity to do so, HELP even if no one is cheering you or watching you, not because you need some accolades.
Helping others should be habitual not seasonal. Acts of kindness are like seeds sown on viable soil, you will definitely reap a bountiful harvest.
HELP SOMEBODY TODAY, ALWAYS HELP PEOPLE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
