EXODUS 19:5
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to KEEP ALL COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, DO WHAT IS RIGHT AT ALL TIMES, AND GOD WILL MAKE YOU HIS PECULIAR TREASURE.
God's blessings are conditional.
You must make a commitment and God will definitely keep you His own side of the bargain, because He never fails.
God is not asking for too much, just obedience, loyalty, uprightness, right living and Holiness every blessed day. This was God's injunction to Moses directed to the children of Israel, but by extension to the church of today - the UNIVERSAL CHURCH.
God promises to select you from the billions in the entire world population, and make you His own SPECIAL TREASURE & POSSESSION, a very rare privilege.
It is not enough to be a moral person, observing all ceremonial activities in God's vineyard, being punctual in church, working in one department or the other, dressing like a Christian, and all that.
Keeping God's commandments goes beyond all these, it's a CONSCIOUS EFFORT, COMMITMENT and SACRIFICE you make as a result of the love and reverential fear you have for God to OBEY HIM even when it seems inconvenient for you.
Not everyone is willing to go this extra mile, but anyone who dares and begs to differ will secure a special place in the heart of God.
IT TAKES A LOT TO BE A PECULIAR TREASURE IN THE SIGHT OF GOD; ARE YOU WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE?
