PHILIPPIANS 2:3-4
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to AVOID SELFISHNESS AND STOP LIVING YOUR LIFE TO IMPRESS OTHERS; BE HUMBLE AND REGARD OTHERS WITHOUT PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST.
This world would be a lot better if we all realized that selfishness keeps us in perpetual competition, making people more concerned about impressing others while neglecting their personal development.
When you want to lend a helping hand to someone, do it to the GLORY OF GOD, not as a matter of chasing clout, impressing people or selfish interest, to have status in the society.
God does not acknowledge such deeds, you merely entertained yourself. Learn to give without making noise about it, or announcing it on social media like some would.
Give silently and God will reward and announce you publicly.
So many people today have become PROUD and ARROGANT because of their WEALTH and FORTUNE as it were, making them self-centered, selfish and having zero-feeling for others.
Be humble, have regard for others and help them without asking or seeking anything in return.
Help without reservation, prioritize others and solve their problems if you have the capacity to do so.
When you put people first and neglect your own needs, God will take care of your needs and bless you in return.
BE HUMBLE AND SELFLESS IN ALL YOU DO.
