2 TIMOTHY 3:7
In today's HOLINESS CHALLENGE, I challenge you to BE AN INTENTIONAL LEARNER, SEEK THE TRUTH OF GOD'S WORD AND BE FIRMLY ROOTED, LED AND GROUNDED IN IT.
There won't be COUNTERFEITS if there are no ORIGINAL or GENUINE products.
There are TRUE places of worship where you get the UNDILUTED WORD OF GOD, and there are FALSE TEACHERS floating places of worship where the word of God is twisted to suit the 'WANTS' of the people, NEGLECTING THEIR NEEDS.
The Bible is a compendium of TRUTH, which includes but is not limited to God's MIND, God's WAYS, God's LAWS, God's BLESSINGS, God's WARNINGS for DISOBEDIENCE, PAST EVENTS, FUTURE EVENTS and of course, unadulterated SALVATION MESSAGE to the entire human race.
Any message or teaching that does not reflect all these is DECEPTIVE and the vast majority of people who profess to be Christians today love to go to such places where they are told WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR, and not WHAT THEY NEED TO HEAR, making them remain comfortable in sin.
Choice is RELATIVE, not COERCIVE.
The things of God are not understood with human reasoning or logical interpretation.
If you are not Spiritually-minded and if your eyes of understanding are not enlightened, there is no other way you can understand God's word or His ways.
Always approach God with an open mind, in Humility, allowing the word of God to transform you. Don't get so familiar with God's word or His messengers to the point that you now treat it with levity.
God's desire is that we should get to that point where we have acquired appreciable knowledge of the truth and no longer easily deceived by false teachers or prophets.
YOU NEED TO BE DEEPLY-ROOTED & FIRMLY-GROUNDED IN CHRIST; LET THE WORD OF GOD BEAR FRUITS IN YOUR LIFE!
